ASSET MANAGEMENT
Knowledgeable and effective asset management is essential in those situations where ownership and operation are separated. HLT’s role is "managing the manager" by:
- > Determining the appropriate position and operating strategy for each asset..and realistic targets
- > Ongoing monitoring of operations against target(s)
- > Controlling capital expenditures
- > Preparing concise, insightful and usable reporting to ownership
- > Accessing additional specialized resources as required
The ultimate objective is to maximize cash flow and increase asset value.
