CARLA GIANCOLA

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Carla Giancola has been in the consulting industry for over four years. Prior to joining HLT in 2005, Carla spent four years abroad in Dublin, Ireland undertaking graduate education and working for an Irish bank. She holds an Honours B.A. in History from the University of Western Ontario, a Higher Diploma in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, and a Higher Diploma in Education from Trinity College Dublin, University of Ireland. In Dublin, Carla held a Graduate Lending Official position on the Licensed and Retail Sector Business Lending team for Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. where she provided lending, monitoring and control, and advisory services to clients in both the licensed beverage and retail sectors.

Over the past four years, Carla has engaged in consulting projects in tourism and all gaming sectors, for both public and private sector clients. Carla has experience in assignments which consist of extensive data collection, stakeholder consultation, financial modeling and analysis.

When not consulting, Carla enjoys spending time with her horses Aidan, Ashira and Pellegrino.
