ROBERT SCARPELLI

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rob has over 20 years of business and consulting experience. After starting his career at a small economic research firm, Rob joined the real estate consulting practice of Coopers and Lybrand (Larry Smith and Associates) in 1990. In 1993, he started to focus solely on the hospitality and leisure industries. Rob became the Managing Director of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Hospitality and Leisure practice area within the Corporate Finance group. In 2005, Rob together with Lyle Hall, formed HLT Advisory Inc., which specializes in the hospitality and leisure industries.

Rob has completed hospitality and leisure assignments for both private sector and public sector clients in every province in Canada, as well as in a number of international jurisdictions. Many of these assignments have focused on the development and operation (including administering RFP and transaction processes) of some of the largest hospitality (gaming, sports and entertainment) projects in Canada.

In his "spare time" Rob can be found shuttling his children around the country to various sporting and social events.
